Arts Commission of Greater Toledo and TCF Announce Arts Jobs Preservation Grant Program

The Arts Commission of Greater Toledo and Toledo Community Foundation are pleased to announce the availability of $200,000 in funding from the National Endowment of the Arts and the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act to preserve jobs in the arts in a 15-county area of Northwest Ohio.

 

The funds will be distributed through a competitive granting process administered jointly by the Arts Commission of Greater Toledo and Toledo Community Foundation.  Applicants can request funding in the amounts of $5,000, $10,000, $15,000, or $25,000, to replace jobs in the arts that have already been eliminated or to preserve jobs that are in danger of elimination.  Eligible applicants will be nonprofit organizations providing artistic and cultural programming in at least one of the following fifteen counties of Northwest Ohio:  Lucas, Ottawa, Sandusky, Seneca, Wyandot, Hancock, Wood, Putnam, Allen, Van Wert, Fulton, Henry, Williams, Defiance, and Paulding.
