The Strategic Alliance Partnership Awards Grant
TOLEDO, OH, November 16, 2009 - The Strategic Alliance Partnership, a funding alliance of The Stranahan Foundation, Toledo Community Foundation and United Way of Greater Toledo, has recently awarded a grant for one local initiative that promotes collaboration among nonprofit organizations. The grant was awarded to:
Scrap4Art - a $2,500 grant was awarded to support a collaborative relationship with Project ABC.
The Stranahan Foundation, Toledo Community Foundation and United Way of Greater Toledo initiated the Strategic Alliance Partnership in 1996 to challenge themselves and community institutions to find innovative ways to work collaboratively. Partnership grants support the exploration and formation of alliances that will enable Toledo area nonprofits to enhance program delivery and/or achieve more effective and efficient use of financial and human resources.
