The Masters Scholarship Fund of the Toledo Community Foundation was established in 2009 with proceeds from the Irene Masters Estate.  The Fund is designed to encourage educational achievement and to make possible further study, beyond high school, for graduating high school seniors from Upper Sandusky High School.  One-time scholarship awards will continue to be awarded annually to students to attend a post-secondary institution of their choice. Scholarship funds can be used to cover education-related expenses such as tuition, on-campus room and board, books and fees.

Applications for The Masters Scholarship are available through the Guidance Department at Upper Sandusky High School, generally after the first of the year. Scholarship awards are announced in July.
