Fund Forms
Creating a fund at Toledo Community Foundation is a simple process. Most funds will, though, generally require the involvement of financial advisors in the structuring of fund agreements. Our staff is available to assist donors and their advisors with such requirements.
To assist potential donors and their advisors with the creation of some of our most common funds, sample agreements are available for the following Toledo Community Foundation funds and donor arrangements:
- Community Fund
- Designated Fund
- Donor Advised Endowed Fund
- Donor Advised Growth Fund
- Field of Interest Fund
- Organization Endowment Fund
- Scholarship Fund - Designated
- Scholarship Fund - with Committee
You will need Adobe Acrobat to read the .pdf files posted here. If you do not have Acrobat installed on your computer, click the Adobe icon to download the software.
Additional information on our basic fund types is available here. The sample fund forms themselves also provide significant insights as to the particular details and options available to donors as they structure their philanthropic investments.
