Requests for Proposals result from two sources at the Toledo Community Foundation.

A Fund at the Foundation may desire to address or identify a particular issue in our community and use the Requests for Proposals process for this purpose.

The Community Initiative Program of the Toledo Community Foundation targets and proactively addresses areas of community concern. The Community Initiative Program's Requests for Proposals give organizations the opportunity to respond with their best ideas for addressing the need identified.
