Toledo Community Venture Partners

Toledo Community Venture Partners (TCVP) is a unique program that provides a structured, entrepreneurial framework for participating partners to invest their time, expertise and money in local nonprofits. The goal of TCVP is to collaboratively build and strengthen the capacity and sustainability of area nonprofit organizations that are chosen to receive TCVP grants. TCVP members take an active, hands-on role to achieve greater personal and community impact with their giving.

Founded in April of 2006, a group of 12 partners started the initial group. Our grant making is focused on nonprofits located in Northwest Ohio. In the first few years of the TCVP initiative, TCVP had the opportunity to provide partner nonprofits with significant grant dollars to carry out specific programs and projects to improve their organizational capacity and sustainability.

Toledo Community Foundation is pleased to be leading this innovative, proactive and strategic approach to philanthropy, which will improve the quality of life in our region -- now and in future years.

If you are interested in learning more about TCVP or joining the group, click here and provide us your contact information. We will contact you soon to discuss your involvement.
