TOLEDO, OHIO, June 9, 2021 – The Board of Trustees of Greater Toledo Community Foundation recently approved grants from two Field of Interest Funds to support donors’ specific intent. Grants totaling $21,110 were approved from the Grace A. Gossens Memorial Fund to support the daily living needs of elderly women residing in long-term facilities and offset expenses associated with life-enhancing items. Grants were awarded to three area nonprofit organizations.
One grant was awarded from the Fordham Fund of the Greater Toledo Community Foundation to support the purchase of quality children’s materials (such as books, dolls, stuffed animals or other items that are meaningful to children).
