TOLEDO, OHIO, April 6, 2022 – The Greater Toledo Community Foundation Board of Trustees recently elected officers and welcomed two new members.

The elected officers for 2022 are Mr. Hussien Shousher, Chair (Retired President, GEM, Inc.); Mr. Michael Gibbons, Vice Chair (President & CEO, Mainstreet Ventures, Inc.); Mr. Pariss M. Coleman, II, Secretary (Senior Counsel, The Andersons, Inc.); and Mr. Jay Morgan, Treasurer (Chief Operating Officer, Renew).

Ms. Kelli Winston, long-time community volunteer, including as program director for the Toledo Chapter of Jack & Jill of America, Inc. and numerous other organizations supporting children, education and the arts, was appointed a new Trustee, and Mr. Mike Fischer, founder and past CEO of Fischer Tool & Die Corp. Mr. Fischer is currently the Co-Chair of capital campaigns for both the Greater Toledo YMCA and Mosaic Ministries.

Both were elected to serve four-year terms beginning March 2022.
