Bob Fondessy had every right to be proud of Oregon since he was one of the founding fathers of the city in 1957.
Upon the 50th anniversary celebration of the city in 2007, he served as the parade’s grand marshal and acknowledged the progress of the community. But Bob realized that just as much effort needed to be devoted to making sure the future of the city was as bright.
As a successful businessman and civic leader, Bob loved his hometown and embraced all it had to offer.

Through his estate plan, Bob established the Robert L. Fondessy Family Fund at the Foundation to make sure his beloved community would be posed for success after his death.
Bob died in 2009 and this generous man will be remembered for many years to come as yearly grants will be made to numerous organizations he designated to support in the community he called home.
His legacy is one of passion by investing in tomorrow.
