Grant applications are due January 15, May 15 and September 1 of each year.  Only proposals submitted using the Foundation's online application process will be considered.  No hard copies will be accepted.  Proposals, including all required attachments, must be received by midnight of the application deadline date in order to be considered for funding.   If you are ready to apply for a Community Funds grant, click here.
